Invitation to Local Bid
Relief Society
of Tigray (REST) invites interested bidders to bid for the supply of
the following items.

Potential bidders who have renewed
their license for the year 2008 and VAT registered may obtain bid
documents during working hours form the address below against
payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00.
All bids must be accompanied with bid
bond amounting to two percent (2%) of the offer in the form of bank
guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be submitted to REST
Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, and Bole Road, near Meskerem
Supermarket Building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on the
closing date. The closing date will be on 15 December 2008 at 5:00
PM Local Time.
Bids will be opened on 16 December
2008 at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who prefer to attend at REST office, Mekelle Tigray.
REST reserves
the right to accept or reject the bid.
