Network expansion work at the Faculty of Science A.A.U.
The Science
Faculty of Addis Ababa University invites interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of Networking items and Installation of
Network in sealed bid.
1. A
complete set of bid document in English can be obtained from the
Administration Office of the Science Faculty of A.A.U Located at
Arat Kilo by paying non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred).
2. Bidders
should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to the above
mentioned office during office hours within 20 calendar days (of
this announcement). The bid will be closed on Tuesday 6 January 2009
at 2:00 PM and Opened on the same date at 3:00 P.M. in the presence
of bidders or their representatives for those who choose to attend
at the Faculty Administration office.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security. (Bid Bond) at 1% at the
total bid in the form of CPO or Bank (guarantee).
4. Bidders
are required to present relevant /Valid./ and renewed license for
the current year, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development as well as VAT registration certificate
5. A
bid delivered after closing date and time is invalid.
6. The
Faculty reserves the right to reject the bid totally or partially.
