invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this
Project that appeared in Development Business, November 22, 2004.
Government of Ethiopia has received a credit toward the cost of
Water Supply and Sanitation Project, and it intends to apply part of
the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for
Supply of Surveying Instruments & GPS, NCB No. ORWRBRCE/002/2007.
Oromia Regional Water Resources Bureau now invites sealed bids from
eligible and qualified bidders for Supply of Surveying Instruments &
Instruments & GPS with accessories:

will be conducted though the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement
under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from
Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

Hall. Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty
(120) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security
if not less than 2% (CPO) of the total bid price in Ethiopian Birr.
The Regional Water Resources Bureau reserves the right to reject all
or part of the bid.
