contractors of category GC/BC of class 5 and above with license
valid for current physical year.
1. The
ANRS TVET promotion Agency of West Gojjam Burie TVET College now
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the furnishing of the
necessary labor materials & equipment for the construction and
completion of two different workshop buildings.
a.
Four workshop building for different trailing programs and
b.
One workshop building and a training room for lapidary
Therefore
interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and
inspect the bidding documents at the address below.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents for the two types construction
mentioned above may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder
up or the submission of written application to Burie TVET College
starting from February 04, 2008 and up on payment of non-refundable
fee of Birr 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty Birr) for each set of
construction. Additional sets of document may be purchased each at
the same price at the same address.
3. The
construction work shall be completed with I a maximum of 120
calendar days four work shop buildings and 90 calendar days for one
work shop and a training room for lapidary.
4. All
bids must be submitted based on the free marked price, and current
basic material price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
5. All
bids be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form 1% of
the bid amount be delivered to Bure TVET College on or before at
2:00 P.M. Feb 25, 2008.
6. Bids
will be opened in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M. doesn’t
fulfill the following conditions.
7. Rejection
criteria: The client will reject the bidder whose bid doesn’t
fulfill the following conditions.
7.1. Bidders should currently
renewed trade license & renewed Registered Certificate and Evidence
indicating that the bidders have performed tax paying obligation
from federal or regional inland revenue.
7.2 Bidders should complete the bid
form and the
appropriate price schedule
7.3. The original and copy of the
bid shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders.
7.4. Bidders should submit one
original and one copy
envelopes of the bid.
8. The
employer (the college) reserves the right to reject any or all bid
