FM Radio Broadcast Transmitter and
Radio Studio Equipment
for the use of Addis Ababa Education Bureau
1. The
Addis Ababa Education Bureau has funds to be used for the
Procurement of the Items hereunder stated in No.2.
2. The
Procurement Services Enterprise on behalf of Addis Ababa Education
Bureau hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of: FM Radio Broadcast Transmitter and Radio Studio
Equipment for the use of
Addis Ababa Education Bureau.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the International Competitive
Bid (ICB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement
Services Enterprise on behalf of Addis Ababa Education
Bureau and inspect the bidding documents at the address below
during office hours from Monday to Thursday Morning 8:00 A.M. -12:00
noon and Afternoon 1:00 P.M. -5:00 P.M. and Friday Morning 8:00 A.M.
-11:30 A.M. and Afternoon 1:30 P.M. -5:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr)
from the office of the Procurement Services Enterprise 1st
Floor-Room No.2.
6. Bids
must be delivered to Procurement Services Enterprise, Conference
Hall on or before March 4,
2008 at 2:30 P.M. All bids
must be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr 100,000.00
(One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee,
counter guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall be
rejected.
7. The
bid opening date and hour shall be March 4, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. at Procurement Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the presence of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8. The
purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
