contractors of category FC/BC class 6 & above with renewed
construction License, VAT & MOWWUD registration certificate valid
for the year 2000 E.C. and clearance of Oromia Financial and
Economic Development Bureau.
1. East
Wellega Health office now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, Material, equipment for
the construction & completion of the following Nucleus health
center.
A/ Gute Nucleus Health center-in Wayu
Tuka woreda
B/ Kiramu Nucleus Health center-in
kiramu woreda
C/ Homi Kalala Nucleus health
center-in Haro Limu woreda
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the above
office & upon non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 250 after this
announcement from the above office.
3. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by bid security at least 1% of the offered bid amount in
an acceptable C.P.O. in sealed envelope on or before the 31st
day after this announcement at 6:00 A.M. Local time to the East
Wollega Economic & Finance office. If this day is not working day,
the bid will be opened on the next working day.
4. Bid
(one original and one copy) shall be in sealed envelope & Bid will
be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
who choose to attend on the same date and place at 8:30 P.M. at local time.
5. The
construction shall be completed within 200 calendar days from
signing date of the Contract Agreement.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
