1. The
tender remain floating from Jan. 19, 2008 until Feb. 7, 2008 bid
document can be obtained from East Addis Ababa Zone New Bright
Building 3rd floor Room No. 306 during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 /Thirty Birr/. Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT registration
certificate with copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr, 3000.00
/Three Thousand Birr/.
3. The
bid bond must be in either of the following from a. Certificate
cheque (CPO) b. Issued by a recognized Bank of Bank guarantee from
recognized.
4. Bidders
who to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit at New Bright Building 3rd floor before Feb. 7,
2008 at 4:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening
date.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC EAAZ office at new
Bright Building near Medhanyalem
Church Room No. 306 until Feb. 7, 2008 before 4:00 P.M.

Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC EAAZ office room No. 402 on Feb. 8,
2008 at 10:00 A.M.
