Description

The Livestock Crop & Natural Resource Bureau, Natural Resource Dep’t invited sealed bids from qualified contractors of BV6 & for the construction of Gerale Nation Park to contract at Oudet & Moyale Woredas Guard House, office & Generator House.

1.      The Livestock Crop & Natural Resource Bureau invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders of BC6 class.

2.      In interested eligible bidders can buy a complete set of bidding document fro LCNRDB Natural Resource Dep’t office submitting a written application. Tel. No. 025-775 35 84 Or 025-775 28 87.

3.      The bidders should renew their trade license for 2000 Ethiopia Calendar

4.      The bid document can be purchased as of Tir 8/2000 up to Tir 18/2000 upo presentation of VAT Registration certificate Tax clearance certificate, Trade & Industry license of revised current year list of supplier CPO Bank Guarantee, & on submission of a written application to the Livestock Crop & Natural Resource Dev’t Bureau upon payment of non-refundable fee ETB 100 Birr.

5.      The bids will be opened on Tir 30^th day of the announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at LCNRDB Finance & Administration office.

6.      The bidder shall seal the original & copies of the bid in two inner envelopes i.e outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as ‘Original’ & ‘Copies’ both for the ‘Technical’ & ‘Financial offer’.

7.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
