OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE
EQUIPMENTS, TV,& RECEIVER
1. The
Ethiopian Sugar Development Agency has funds within the Procuring
Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of Computers &
Accessories, photocopiers, Document binding, LCD projectors, Cash
safe boxes, Scanners, Cameras, TVs, and Satellite Receivers.
2. The
Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and
delivery of the above mentioned goods.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the procurement
and Foreign Sales Department of the Agency and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below during working hours.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 The method of payment
will be in cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered t the address below at or before 10:00 A.M. local time on 6th
February 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security
of Ethiopian Birr 5,000. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be
opened in the necessary of the bidders/representatives who choose to
attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M. local time on 6th
February 2008.
7. The
Agency reserves all right to accept or reject any or all bids or
cancel the tender without giving reason thereof.
