Invites sealed
bids from eligible bidder for the construction of Lafto I &II
External Wastewater Drainage Works as per the following details.
1. All
general contractor GC 5and above with license valid for the year
2000 E.C. from Ministry of Infrastructure and Ministry of Water
Resources (Compulsory), VAT and registered and having Tax
Registration Certificate and invited to participate in the bid.
2.
The bid documents shall be available from the Administration
and Finance Department Room. No 619 during the office hours against
a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 for each document from the date
of issuance of this invitation.
3. All
bidders are advised to contact the project office for information
about the location of the project area and to clarify the bidding
document issues.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in an acceptable
form of bank guarantee or in cash or CPO of the total bid amount.
5. The
bid documents should be submitted to the above address on or before
February 4, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend on the same date at
3:00 PM in AAHDPO head office.
6. Interested
bidders may obtain further information in respect of the bidding
document at the office of A.A.H.D.P.O, Tel.251-11-550-76 81 and Fax
251-11-550-77-09 Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
7. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bid.
