Notice of Amendment
The Ethiopian
Roads Authority has advertised bids for the Construction Works of
Modjo –Edjere-Arerti –Gobensa, Sembo –Sholagebeya –Gorfo-Gobensa,
and Metehbila –Metehara Roads Project, Contract 2: Arerti
–Gobensa (Station 64+500 -100 +860) on The Ethiopian Herald
dated December 27 & 28, 2007.
Amen the
eligibility requirement indicated on items (2) as follows: The
Ethiopian Roads Authority invites Contractors, which fulfill the
following requirements,to submit sealed bids from the construction
works of Modjo –Edjere –Arerti-Govensa, Sembo
–Sholagebeya-Gorfo-Gombensa, and Metehabila –Metehara Roads Project,
Contract 2:
Arerti –Gobensa (Station 64 + 500 -100 +860):-
a)
In the case of Ethiopian bidders, its certificate of
registration from the mandated public body of category GC-1 or RC-1;
With its trading license and
suppliers registration certificate valid for the year 2000 E.F.Y;
and
Its tax clearance
certificate and VAT
registration
b)
In the case of Foreign bidders:-
Any relevant professional
practice
certificate,
Its trading license or
equivalent.
