1. GOAL
Ethiopia, and International Humanitarian Organization, invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the DRILLING OF FOUR
SHALLOW WELLS FOR CHERI, SURUPA, DHARITTO AND OBDA KEBELES OF
YABELLO WOREDA BORENA ZONE OROMIA REGION.
2. Eligible
contractors who have valid licenses for the current year can obtain
a complete set of bidding documents from GOAL ETHIOPIA HEAD
OFFICE (ADDIS ABABA) starting from the first date of appearance
of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald news paper upon submission of
a written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00 (Fifty only) drilling office hours. Further information can
also be obtained at the address Tel. 046-460 02 36 or 0116-47 81 17
Or 16 47 17 Ext. 129 (Addis Ababa) or by visiting the office during
office hours.
3. Duplicate
copies of Bid Offer shall be produced in separate wax-sealed
envelopes labeled as Original and Copy. The original
bid document should also contain copies of company renewed license,
VAT registration and tax payer’s identification certificate.
TECHNCIAL OFFER has be made in a third wax-sealed envelopes
clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The three envelopes shall
then be sealed in a signed sealed and waxed outer envelope addressed
to the employer as stated below.
4. All
tenders must be submitted to GOAL ETHIOPIA HEAD OFFFICE along with a
BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in the form of CERTIFIED PAYMENT ORDER (CPO)
amounting to 2% OF THE BID OFFER on or before 07 February
2008, 10:00 A.M.
5. The
bid will be opened at the GOAL ETHIOPIA HEAD OFFICE in the
presence of bidders and/ or their legal representatives who choose
to attend on 07 February 2008, 10:30 A.M.
6.
GOAL Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
