1. The
Government of Ethiopia has received a Grant from the African
Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of Water
Supply and Sanitation Project. It is intended that the part of this
Grant will be applied to eligible payment under the contract of
Procurement of 11 (Eleven) Pick Up Double Cab (4WD) vehicles.
2. The
Ministry of Water Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the Supply of 11 (Eleven) Pick Up Double Cab (4WD)
vehicles.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of
Ministry of Water Resources, Second floor, Room No. 202, Haile
Gebereselassie Avenue, P.O. Box 5744, Tel. 251-116 61 11 11 Ext.

4. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of 150.00 Eth. Birr of freely convertible currency.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before Feb. 13, 2008 at
2:00 P.M. and must be accompanied by a bid security of 99,000.00 Eth. Birr of
freely convertible currency.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend, on Feb. 13, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. at the above mentioned Office.
7. The
Ministry of Water Resources has the right to accept or reject any or
all bids. |
