1. To
all contractors of category GC/BC/ Class listed below with license
valid for the current physical year.
2. The
ANRS AWI ZONE Education Department now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the furnishing of the necessary labor,
materials & equipment for the Construction and Jawi secondary:
Therefore, 4 primary School interested eligible bidders may obtain
further information from and inspect the bidding documents, at the
address given below the name of school, site the completion time,
the contractors category, the cost of bid document and the amount of
bid security are listed below here.

3. A
Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder up on the submission of written application to the
above mentioned office starting from January 17, 2008 and up on
payment of non-refundable fee indicated above. Additional sets of
document may be purchased each at the same price at the same
address.
4. All
bids must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable the
amount listed above of the bid amount, and must be delivered to ANRS
AWI Zone Education Department on or before at 12:00 P.M., on
February 7, 2008.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M. on February 8, 2008.
7. Rejection
Criteria: The client will reject the bidder whose bid does not
fulfill the following Conditions.
1.
Bidders should present Currently renewed Trade License &
Renewed Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and
Tax Payer Registered Certificate and Evidence indicating that the
bidder has performed tax paying obligation from Federal or Regional
Inland Revenue.
2.
Bidders should complete the bid form and the appropriate
price schedule.
3.
The Original & Copy of the bid shall be singed and sealed in
all pages by the bidder.
4.
Bidders should submit to reject any or al bids.
8. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
