Notice of Invitation for Bids
1. Norinco
Lalibela engineering and Construction S.C.
invited bidders to participate in the
bid to buy spare parts of different equipment models from warehouse
of the share company in Addis Ababa.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Hundred).
3. Interested
bidders can see the condition of spare parts after buying a bid
document.
4. Bid
price should be filled on the original bid document and shall
include 15% VAT.
5. The
bid must be accompanied by bid security of 10% of the bid amount,
the bid security should be furnished by certified cheque or CPO
issued by a recognized bank.
6. Bidders
should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to Equipment
Maintenance and Supply Department on or before February 19, 2008 at
10:00 A.M. and the bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on the same day
February 19, 2008 at 10:30 A.M.
7. The
share company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
