1.
To all contractors GC & WC grade 7 and above whose license is
valid for the year 2000 E.C.
2. The
Areka Town Water Board (TWB) now invites sealed bids from eligible
and qualified bidders for the construction of civil works and supply
and installation of pipes and fittings at Areka Town. The
construction should be completed with in maximum of 75 calendar
days.
3. Bidding
will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
procedures specified in the procurement guidelines set out by the
ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MOFED), and are open
to all bidders’ category GC and EC and WC grade 7 and above as
defined in the Bidding Documents.
4. A
complete set to bidding document shall be obtained from Areka Town
Water Supply Service Office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.00 Tel. 55 20 210 Or 55 20 335.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by one original and two machines copies and
a bid security of in CPO of the bid document must be delivered to
Areka Town Water Supply Office on 15/2/2008 at 5:30 P.M.
6. Bid
document will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who choose to attained on 18/2/2008 at 9:00 A.M. at
the address Areka Town Water Supply Service Office, Areka.
7. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Areka TWB and
Areka Town Water Service Office, Tel. 046-552 02 10 Or 552 02 335.
8. The
client reserves the right to reject any or all this bid.
