Brief Description of Assignment:
The assignment briefly will be:
To look into the information systems
studies by external consulting firm and review the documents.
To propose a solution to cater the
required Hotel Management information system.
To propose financial offerings to
undertake and implement the proposed solutions.
Experience,
Resources and Delivery Capacity Required:
The potential
supplying firm must have widely recognized expertise in large-scale
IT systems development and integration and related systems
management within the hospitality sector, preferably in the hotel
one, experience in working with senior line management in the
design, development, and implementation of Multiple Information
Systems and testing of the same for compliance to the industry
standard. Appropriate IT experience, understanding of working
environment within a local hotel chain, and full understanding of
how integrated IT system management can impact organizational
performance, as well as expertise in the Hotel business process
re-engineering.
