Akaki Spare
parts and Hand Tools Share Company hereby invites eligible bidders
for the supply of Forklift 20 tone under the following conditions:
1. The
bid document shall be obtained for Addis Ababa branch office
ambassador Theater against payment of non-refundable Birr 75.00
(Seventy Five Birr) during office hrs.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
bid prices I the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. or cash.
3. Bid
documents shall be submitted into two sealed separate envelopes i.e.
Technical and Financial proposal.
4. Bid
bond, renewed trade license and VAT registration certificate shall
be submitted within Technical proposal envelope.
5. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before
February 21, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the above mention branch office.
6. Bid
will be closed and Technical proposal opened on February 21, 2008 at
2:00 P.M. and at 2:30 P.M. respectively with the
presence of the bidders or their representatives.
7. Late
arrival of bid document shall not be accepted.
8. The
Share Co. reserves the right to accept or to reject all or partial
bids.
