contractors of category BC/GC 6 and above with license valid for the
year 2000 E.C.
1. Arsi
Zone Health Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the construction of Bolo, Habe, Samera and
Lakicha Nucleus Health Center at
jeju, Robe, Lemu & Bilbilo and Munessa Woreda respectively within
the Zone.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased on submission of
written application against payment of non-refundable fee of birr
100 from the above mentioned office Engineering section during the
working hours and days.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% in the form of CPO
(cashier’s payable order).
4. All
eligible certificates from the Federal Ministry of Infrastructure or
Oromia Works & Urban Development Bureau, renewed license for the
year, VAT registration, Tax payer registration and clearance given
by Oromia Economic and Finance Bureau delivered during registration
original with their copies.
5. Bid
shall be submitted on one original and two copies with each separate
wax-sealed envelope.
6. Bid
bond should be in separate envelope with company profile and
submitted all in one complied envelope in tender box.
7. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared at Zone Health
Department for this purpose at or before 6:00 A.M. local time on 15th
February 2008.
8. Construction
works should be complete within a maximum of 270 calendar days
including mobilization time.
9. Bids
will be opened in the same day in the presence of bidders and or
their official representatives who wish to attend on 15th
February 2008 at 8:00 P.M. local time at Zone Administration.
10. The
Department reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
Failure to comply any of the condition written above will result in
automatic rejection.
