Notice of Invitation
For Vehicle Supply
1. Japan
International Cooperation Agency (JICA) intends to purchase One (1)
4WD Pickup Double Cabin related to the execution of the Project for
Strengthening Infectious Disease prevention, Control and Response in
Amhara Regional State Health Bureau.
2. For
that purpose, JICA now invites all local/international registered
equipment supplier and who have Garage in Bahir Dar for the bidding
to supply those items.
3. Interested
suppliers are requested to submit their letter of interest in hand
to obtain further information at JICA Office (Woreda 18, Keble 36,
House No. 676/05, Mina Building 6-7 Floor, along Wollo
Sefer Road, Tel. 011-550 47 55 (from 9:00 A.M. to 3;00 P.M. between
January 9, 2008 and January 18, 2008 (except Saturday and Sunday).
4. Bid
shall be submitted to JICA Office between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon on January 9,
2008.
5. Bid
shall be opened and examined by JICA Office immediately after
submission.
6. Any
communication/inquiry must be through facsimile only to Ms.
Abebawork Abebe, JICA Ethiopia, Addis Ababa (Fax 011-550 44 65).
7. JICA
Ethiopia office reserves the right to cancel any or all items. |
