INVITATION FOR BID FOR ADJUDICATOR
1. The
Government of the Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry
of Water Resources has received a grant/loan from the African
development Bank to executive Koga Irrigation and Water Shed
Management Project and the project has already hired two contractors
for civil work construction of the koga dam and irrigation and
drainage system.
2. The
Ministry of Water Resource now invites individual Adjudicators to
submit proposal for the service, Interested Individuals must provide
a statement of capability and experience including that they are
qualified to perform the services. (The CV’s description of similar
assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of
appropriate skills, etc.). In addition to this it is mandatory to
send their financial position together with the CV’s.
3. Complete
list of Request For Proposal (RFP) can be obtained during working
ours from the date of this first announcement in The Ethiopian
Herald Gazette. At Contract Administration Department, 2nd
floor Room No. 205 or 212.
4. Original
and copy of the proposal should be submitted in a wax-sealed
envelope to the address stated below. In which the technical and
financial proposal should be submitted separately. Before or on 15th
of February 2008 at 12:00 AM. The proposal will be opened by 14:00
PM of the same date.
5. Bidders
shall abide by the tax law of the government of Ethiopia.
6. Bidders
may obtain further information from the Ministry of Water Resource
Koga Irrigation and Water shed Management Project Office.
7. The
MoWR reserves the right to reject any part of or all bids, if
necessary.
