To all qualified consulting firms with pertinent license, relevant experience, qualification, and that have settled their tax related obligation.

1.      The ANRS Bureau of Works and Urban Development now invites sealed bid for provision of consultancy services for the translation of Capacity Building for Decentralized Service Delivery (CBDSD) study documents from English to Amharic interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Bureau of Works & Urban Development P.O. Box 725, Tel. 0582-20 66 37 Or 0582-2- 36 26 Or 0582-20 06 30, Fax. 058-20 34 57 at Bahir Dar.

2.      The Tender document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the ANRS Bureau of Works & Urban Development and upon non-refundable payment of Eth. Birr 100.00 during the official working hours upon presentation of certificate of registration on the service providers list and currently renewed trade license.

3.      Wax-sealed bid documents (one original and one copy) shall be delivery for both pre qualification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document separately.

4.      All bids must be address & delivered to the ANRS Bureau of Works & Urban Development P.O. Box 725, Tel. 0552-20 66 37 Or 0582-06 30, Fax 0582-20 34 57 at Bahir Dar on or before 20^th calendar days from the first day of advertisement at 12:00 A.M. If the 20^th day is not a working day the submission date will be the next working day at 12:00 AM. and shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M.

5.      Per qualification (Technical) and price (Financial) documents shall be in separate envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security in and acceptable form of 1% of the total bid amount in separate envelope.

6.      Pre qualification (Technical) documents will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend of  - E.C. at 8:00 local time at the office of ANRS Bureau of works & Urban Development in Room No. 28 at Bahir Dar.

7.      Bidders could request advance payment up to 30% of the total bid price by proving advance payment guarantee.

8.      Bidders must present certificate of VAT registration/if applicable.

9.      Rejection Criteria: The bidder will be automatically rejected unless presents the following documents with his technical proposal.

1. Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and for the bidders who is working over one year Registration Certificate on the Suppliers list.
2. Bidders should complete the Bid form and the appropriate price schedule.
3. The original & copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the Bidder.
4. Bidders should submit one original & one copy separately sealed technical and financial envelopes of the bid.

The Client reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
