1. The
Oromia Regional State Education Bureau intends to procure Supply
of Equipment and Installation of satellite UHF Band Signal
Distribution System Network for 108 New Secondary Schools in the
Region through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Regional
Government Budget. Hence, The Bureau hereby invites all eligible
bidders to submit sealed bids for the following Tender No. Tender
No. OEB/BI/NCB-08/2008, Supply of Equipment and Installation of
Satellite UHF Bank Signal Distribution System Network for 108 New
Secondary Schools.
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of
Oromia Education Bureau, Finance Department Room No. 51.
Tel. 011-440 76 50, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Birr 100.00 from the first publication of this notice on The
Ethiopian Herald from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 5:30
P.M. Monday to Friday.
3. Bidders
are required to submit copies of Renewed Trade License, VAT
Registration Certificate, Letter of Support from Inland Revenue
Authority & Registration Certificate from MoFED & present the
originals of these documents for verification while coming to
purchase the bid documents.
4. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 1% of the offer amount in the
form of CPO or a Bank Guarantee issued any Bank in Ethiopia.
5. Bids
should be received on
February 15, 2008 before or at 10:00 A.M.
and will be opened on the same date
at 10:30 A.M. at the place indicated in 2 above.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or al bids.
