Invitation
1.1
Transport Construction Design Share Company (TCD S. Co.) is
seeking a local consultant to enter into a contract with a
Management Consultant who can guide it to make series of continuous
integrated improvement system to be ISO 9001:2000 certified,
1.2
Interested local consultants/firms who have currently renewed
their business license and have registration certificate from
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development (the former MEDAC) are
invited to participate in the bid.
1.3
A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by
interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 (Hundred only) from the Procurement and Property
Administration Division Room No. 18 during working hours starting
from the date of appearance of this advertisement on The Ethiopian
Herald.
1.4
Bid closing date shall be on the 30th calendar day
starting from the date of first appearance of this advertisement on
The Ethiopian Herald. Bidders must submit their wax-sealed bid
proposals as indicated on the instruction to bidders to:

1.5
Bids shall be opened on the same day of the bid closing date
at 10:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at the Head Office Assembly Hall.
1.6
The bidder shall furnish a bid security in the amount of not
less than 2% of bid amount sealed separately in an envelope in the
form of CPO from recognized bank or bank guarantee.
1.7
Bidders shall strictly follow the requirements stated on the
instruction to bidders while preparing their bid document.
1.8

1.9
The company reserves the right t reject any or all of the
