bidders for the supply of the following machine and Tools, grouped
into lots:

Bidders who renewed their original
Trade License and VAT Certificate (if they are registered) for the
current year may obtain the bidding document from the Enterprises
Cashier's office (Head Office) at Addis Ababa, against payment of
non-refundable Birr 50.00 for lot-1, lot-2 and lot-3, and Birr 30.00
for lot-4 and lot-5.
Bids along with renewed license and
2% Bid Bond in the form of Department of the Enterprise in sealed
envelopes before February 20, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
Bid Documents will be opened on
February 20, 2008, at 10:30 A.M. at Commercial Department in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
The Enterprise has the right to
accept or reject the bid partially or totally.
