Regional Government has allocated a budget for the construction of 4
nucles health centers in four Woredas of Horro Guduru Wollega Zonal
Health Department.

2. The
Horro Guduru Wollega Zonal Health Department invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the construction of nucles health centers
mentioned above and in the case of domestic contractors from those
in category of GC/BC 6 & 7 registered with the ministry of
infrastructure and who renewed their license for the current year.
3. Bidding
documents be purchased at Harro Guduru wollegga Zonal Health
Department, Section Health Service Department Division, tel.
057-666 09 10 Or 666 09 11, P.O. Box 58, Shamboo, Fax.
057-66 60 45 for a non-refundable fee of Birr. 300.00
interested bidders may get further information at the same address.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and
must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in “CPO” or its equivalent in freely convertible currency from
reputable bank and shall be delivered to Horro Guduru Wollega Zonal
Health Department, Section of Health Service on December 31, 2007.
5. Bids
shall be submitted wax-sealed in two copies and one original &
enclosed by outer envelope bids shall be opened in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at 2:30 P.M. local time on February 18, 2008.
6. The
provisioned in the instruction to bidders and in the general
condition of the contract or are the provisions of ADB standard
bidding documents.
The Horro Guduru
Zonal Health Department has the right to reject any bid or all bids.
