Description

Ethiopian Shipping Lines invites eligible bidders for supply of 2 (Two) HP BLADE SERVER AND 5 (Five) Hard Disk (SCSI 1320) with standard warranty.

Eligible bidders may obtain bid document from Ethiopian Shipping Lines office 2^nd floor General Service Division against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (Birr One Hundred) during office hours after furnishing the following evidence for fulfilling eligibility criteria.

1.      Renewed Trade license

2.      VAT certificate

3.      registration Certificate from concerned government bodies

Bid must be accompanied with bid security of 5% of bid amount in the form of certified check (CPO).

Bid should be submitted in a separate wax-sealed envelope as listed below

       Envelope One –Bid Security in the form of certified
       check (CPO)
       Envelope Two –Technical Specification
       Envelope Three –Financial proposal with original and
        copy.

Bid should be dropped in tender box placed in Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C. 2^nd floor at Human Resource Management & Administration department within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.

Bid closing date shall be on the 10^th (Tenth) working day at 5:00 PM local time.

Bid shall be opened on the 11^th (eleventh) working day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

Bids received after due date, incomplete in any respect and/or not accompanied by the required documents are liable to reject.

Ethiopian Shipping Lines reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bid.
