Radio Fana S.
Co. would like to invite interested & eligible bidders for the
supply of one & two K. W. FM transmitter with complete system studio
equipments for its four regional FM stations.
1. All
items to be supplied & their technical specification are clearly
stated in the bid document. Interested bidders may obtain further
information from the office of Technical Department.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application to the above &
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.
3. Bids
must be delivered to Radio Fana S. Co. Herald Office, P.O. Box 30702, Tel. 251-1-115-51 67 77,
Fax No. 251-1-115-51 50 39 before 29 February 2008 at 11:00 AM local
time & must be accompanied by a bid security amount of 2% of the
total price bid bond in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O, which
shall be submitted to our office.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend on the same day at 11;15 A.M. at the same address in the
General Manager Office.
Radio Fana S. Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
