Procurement of Library Equipments
1. The
Haramaya University has fund within the Procuring Entitiy’s budget
to be used for the procurement of Library Equipments.
2. The
Haramaya University invite sealed bids from eligible bidder for the
procurement of Library Equipment.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source countries.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Haramaya University Purchasing and Sales Department office and
inspect the bidding documents at the addresses given below at 7 or 8
from 09:00 A.M. 12:00 A.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 or 8 and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) in
cash. The document will be delivered from the address given below.
No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 or 8 or before 2:00 P.M.
on February 5, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security
of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) late bids shall be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the addresses below
at 7 or 8 at 2:00 February 5, 2008.
