1. The
National Artificial Insemination Center (NAIC) invites interested
and eligible bidders for the supply of agricultural machinery
(tractor).
2. The
bid document shall be obtained from Finance section of NAIC after
the payment of a non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) during
office hours.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O.
4. Bids
should be prepared in one envelope (Technical & Financial proposal).
5. All
Bid document must be submitted in the tender box on or before Feb.
27, 2008 at 9:30 A.M.
6. Bid
will be closed Feb. 27, 2008 at 9:30 AM and will
be on opened on Feb. 27, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
7. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
8.
National Artificial Insemination Center (NAIC) reserves the
right to accept or reject all Bids.
