The Addis Ababa
Hosting Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of 50,000 Ton OPC Cement.
1.
Interested Bidders with license valid for the year
2000E.C.from Ministry of Trade and Industry, VAT registered and
having tax payer registration certificate.
2. The
bid documents should be available from Administration and Finance
Department Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable
payment Birr 100.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in an acceptable form of
Bank guarantee or CPO of the total bid.
4. The
bid documents should be submitted to the above address on or before
February 11,2008 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend on the same date at
3:00 PM in AAHDPO head office.
5. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project office reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
