1.
The Federal Ministry of Health invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the maintenance buildings in ALERT Hospital. The invitation is for
all National Contractors of GC/BC-7 and above having:
Trade-License & Construction
License valid
for the year-2007/08
Ministry of Works and Urban Development’s
registration certificate valid For
the year-
2007/08
VAT registration certificate
2.
Required Services: conduct a maintenance work of some
selected blocks in ALERT Hospitals based on the attached
Specification and bill or quantities.
3. Bidders
can obtain the Bidding document from the office of the tender
committee of The Federal Ministry of Health Rm. No.3.1 up on payment
of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 50.
4. Proposals
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the amount from
bank or its equivalent in convertible currency (C.P.O) and submitted
to the same office (Rm. No. 3.1) on or before 2:00 P.M. of 3rd March 2008.
Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. at the conference
hall of the Federal Ministry of Health.
5. The
bidders shall seal the original and all copies of bid in two inner
envelopes and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelops as
”ORIGNINA” and “COPIES’. And writing the following address on the
envelope.
6. The
right to accept or reject any or all bids is reserved.
