1. Haramaya
University now invites proposals to provide the following consulting
services: Design, for Cafeteria Kitchen and Multipurpose Buildings
at Haramaya University main campus. More details on the services are
provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
2. The
Request for Proposals (RFP) has been addressed to all consultants
through open tender procedure.
3. A
firm will be selected under Quality-and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)
procedures described in this RFP.
4. The
RFP includes the following documents:
Section 1 – Letter of Invitation
Section 2 – Information to Consultants
Section 3 – Technical Proposal –Standard Forms
Section 4 – Financial Proposal –Standard Forms
Section 5 – Terms of Reference
Section 6 – Standard Forms of Contract
5. Bidding
documents (and additional copies) may be obtained at the Haramaya
university Liaison Office in Addis Ababa, General Education
Curriculum Frame Work Development Department Building, Office No.
355, in front of American Embassy. Tel. 0911-20 98 04. Bidding
document may also be obtained from the Purchasing and Sales
Department Office at Haramaya University main campus.
6. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and shall
be delivered to Haramaya University Addis Abab Liaison office,
General Education Curriculum Frame Work Development Department
Building Office, No. 3551 In front of American Embassy at Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia or at Haramay University Purchasing Office on or
before 2:30 P.M. on February 13, 2008 at which time bid will be
opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who
wish to attend. |
