1. The
Government of Ethiopia has received a Grant from the African
Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of Water
Supply and Sanitation Projects. It is intended that part of the
proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under
the contract for Procurement of Motor Bike with Accessories
for Rural Water Supply Program in the region.
2. The
Oromia Regional Water Resources Bureau now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of 41 (Forty One) Motor Bike with
Accessories.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
Bidding Documents at the office of Oromia Regional Water
Resources Bureau, Program Support Staff Office, Bole Road, 4th
floor, Room No. 407, P.O. Box 8630, Tel. No. 011-655 83 74 Finfine/Addis
Ababa.
4. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of
necessary renewed license with originals to the above and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 P.M. Feb. 25, 2008 and must be
accompanied by a security (CPO) of 2% of the total bid amount.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend, 2:30 P.M. Feb. 25, 2008 at Oromia Regional Water
Resources Bureau, Conference Hall, 3rd floor, Bole Road,
Finfinne/Addis Ababa. |
