contractors of category GC/BC class 6 above with renewed license,
VAT & Ministry of Works & Urban Development registration certificate
and tax clearance paper from the Regional Finance Bureau valid for
the year 2000 E.C.
1. Kellem
Wellega Zone Health Office now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary Labor, Materials & equipment
for the construction & completion of nucleus Health centers at
different areas located in the Zone as listed below.

2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the above
office & up on non-refundable payment of EHT Birr 200 per document
after announcement until the 30th from Kellem Wellega
Zone Health Office.
3. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by a bid security at least 1% of bid amount per site in
an acceptable CPO unconditional Bank Guarantee in sealed envelope
and shall be submitted on or before the 30th day at 6:30
A.M. local time to the zonal office.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 8:00 P.M. local time in the zonal administration office.
5. The
construction works shall be completed within 180 calendar days from
the commencement of works.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
