Potential
bidders who have renewed their licenses for the year 2000 E.C. and
VAT registered may obtain bid documents during working hours from
the address shown against of non-refundable Birr 50.00.
All bids must be
accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%) of the offer
in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be
submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, and Bole road, near
Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on
the closing date. The closing date will be on 12 February 2008 at
5:00 PM Local Time. Bids will be opened on 14 February 2008 at 3:00
PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who prefer to
attend at REST office, Mekelle, Tigray.
REST reserves
the right to accept or reject the bid.
