RE-INVITATION TO FREELANCER SERVICE

Transport Construction Design Share Company (TCDSCo.) invites all Freelancers to provide professional assistance in undertaking Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), which is underway by a task force at the Head Office.

The minimum Qualification & Experience requirements of the Freelancer are:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics

Experience in consulting Civil Service reform programs, particularly in BPR, for at least two organizations.

Interested Freelancers who wish to complete for provision of the required service may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) from Transport Construction Design Share Company located at Ras Abebe Aregay Street, (Mexico Square), 1^st floor, Room No. 111.

Eligible Freelancers shall submit their proposals as per the requirement of the Terms of Reference, at the address indicated above, within 15 days from the 1^st advertisement date of this notice in The Ethiopian Herald.

The deadline for submission of the proposals will be on/before 4:00 P.M. at the 15^th day from the date of the advertisement. If the 15^th date of this announcement lies on a weekend or a Holliday, the final submission date will be the next working day while the time remains the same.
