1. The

2. Bidders
should present a business license for the year 2000 E.C. and
registration certificate for VAT & Tax payer.
3. Bidders
may obtain a set of tender document with specification, upon payment
of non-refundable Birr 100/Hundred Birr/ from Water Resources
Development Bureau Room No.4.
4. Each
bid shall be accompanied by a bid certificate guarantee of 2% of the
total bid price payable to the WRDB, in the form of CPO (bank
guarantee).
5. The
quantity which is not mentioned in the bid announcement can be found
in the bid document.
6. Bidders
are invited to submit financial & technical proposals original &
copy separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the Bureau Room
No. 4 in Awassa on or before
11:30 A.M. within 30 days of this
announcement.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives on the same date at 2:00 PM at the Bureau. If the 30th
day of the bid announcement lies on the Ethiopian Holiday the
opening day will be on the next working day at 2:00 P.M.
8. Availability
of stock shall be considered as an advantage.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid. |
