Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the bidding
documents at the office of procurement service of WWCE headquarter
located in Gurd Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the
normal working hours.
A complete set
of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders, up on
submission of copies of renewed trade license, VAT, and Tax payer’s
registration certificate, receipt f or tax payment or recommendation
letter from Inland Revenue Authority for the year 1999 E.C. and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 For LOT I and
Birr 50 for LOT II including VAT.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of not less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of bank
guarantee, C.P.O or certified check.
Bids must be delivered in person to
WWCE in wax sealed envelope with statement “NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE
FEBRUARY 22, 2008” marked on the envelope.
Bids will be
closed on FEBRUARY 21, 2008
at 5:00 P.M.
Bids will be opened on
FEBRUARY 22, 2008 at 2:30 P.M.
in the conference hall of WWCE.
The WWCE
reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
