1. Eligible
suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of
their renewed license for the budget year against payment of
non-refundable Birr 200.00 from Supply Department, Procurement
Division Addis Ababa during working days from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
2. Bid
should be accompanied by bid bond of 2% in the form of certified
cheque, C.P.O. or Bank guarantee which will be payable on first
demand by A.E.T.S. Sh. Co.
3. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to A.E.T.S. Sh. Co. Supply Departement Addis
Ababa office on or before February 29,2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time & should be addressed & marked as follows:

bidders or their authorized representatives.
A.E.T.S. Sh. Co.
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without
giving any reason thereof.
