1. Sebeta Special Needs Education Teachers
College has received a budget from Oromia Regional state towards the
cost construction of one dry pit latrine.
2. The
college now invites all contractors of category GC/BC 7 and above
with renewed license valid for the year 2008 for furnishing the
necessary labor, material, equipment and service for the execution
of the work.
3. Bidding
documents may be purchased from office No.3 of Sebeta Special needs
Education Teachers College in Sebeta town P.O. Box 137 Tel.
(251-0113-38 35 31 /011-338 06 60 61 Sebeta up on submission of
written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One
Hundred) starting from January 28, 2008 up to Feb. 25, 2008.
4. Copy
of VAT certificate, trade license and registration certificate from
Ministry of Works and Urban Development must be submitted attached
with the application.
5. Bidders
may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding
documents, from the above-mentioned office.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security, valid for 120 days after
the date of bid opening, in an acceptable form CPO or Bank guarantee
(in only the form attached with the bid document) 2% if the bid
amount and must be submitted on or before 3:00 A.M. of February 28,
2008 to office No. 10.
7. The
validity of the bid shall be 90 days from the date of bid opening.
8. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same bid submission date at 3:30
P.M. in the hall of Sebeta Special Needs Education Teachers College.
9. The
work shall be completed within a maximum of 75 calendar days from
its commencement date.
10. The
Sebeta Special Needs Education Teachers
College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
