National Tobacco
Enterprise (Ethiopia) S.Co. invites contractors of category BC/GC
class 6 and above for the works of Ground Water Reservoir, Elevated
water tanker 6M Height, parking shed & Sanitary Maintenance under
the following terms and conditions:
1. Bidders
should produce original and copies of renewed trade license for the
year 1999/2000 E.C., registration certificate from Federal Ministry
of Infrastructure, VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer
Identification Certificate (TIN) and bid participation certificate.
2. Bidders
should collect tender document from Company’s Local Purchase
division upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50.00 (Fifty) during
office hours.
3. Bids
shall be accompanied with a Bid Bond amounting to 1% of the bid
price in the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee Valid for 90 days.
4. The
technical and financial proposal (original & Copies) should be
submitted in two separately sealed envelopes marked “Technical
proposals” and “Financial Proposals” and “Financial Proposals”.
Respectively. All documents should be signed and sealed.
5. Bids
should be submitted to the Company’s Archive office on or before
January 29, 2008 at 2:30 PM (local time).
6. The
technical proposals should be opened on the same date at 2:45 PM at
the presence of bidders or their representatives and the financial
proposals will be opened after the technical proposals result is
known.
NTE reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
