The Ethiopian
Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing SH. CO. “EPHARM” invites interested
bidders to submit their sealed bids for “the supply of various types
of Plant Machineries & Equipments.
1. Interested
eligible bidder can collect tender documents from the Company Head
Office Purchasing Division against non-refundable cash payment of
Birr 200.00 during office hours.
2. A
bid bond of 2% is required to qualified for the tender. Wax-sealed
envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Epharm 01/07” should be deposit
in the tender box at Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Sh. Co.
or should arrive through mail before March 11, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
3. Bid
will be closed on March 11, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time and will be opened on
March 11, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives.
4. EPHARM
reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and t annual the
bidding press and reject all bids at any time prior to award to
contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or
bidders of the ground of the company’s action.
