1. GOAL
Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation of
Midegdu-Hajudin Irrigation Project in West Harareghe Zone,
KuniWoreda at Midegdu-Hajudin Kebele.
2. All
contractors of category G.C. /W.W.C, G7 & above who have valid
license for the current year can obtain a complete set of bidding
document from GOAL ETHIOPIAN HEAD OFFICE (ADDIS ABABA) AND GOAL
ETHIOPIA West Hararghe PROJECT OFFICE, BEDESSA starting from the
first date of appearance of this notice in the Ethiopian Herald
Newspaper upon submission of a written application and payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty only) during office

3. All
tenders must be submitted to GOAL ETHIOPIAN HEAD OFFICE along with a
BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in the form of CASH PAYMENT ORDER (CPO)
amounting to 2% OF THE BID OFFER.
4. Bidders
should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate
documents/licenses in a wax-sealed and stamped envelop to the
address below into the box ready for bid document collection on or
before February 26, 2008, 10:00 A.M. to the address specified below.
5. The
bid will be opened at the GOAL ETHIOPIA HEAD OFFICE in the presence
of bidders and/or their legal representatives who choose to attend
on February 26, 2008, 10:30 A.M.
6. GOAL
Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
