Re-Invitation for Bid
Oromia Mines and
Energy Resource Development Agency (OMERDA) invites all eligible
interested bidders to supply PV Solar System Equipments for
Electrification of 4 Rural Clinics.
1. Bidders
can obtain completed bid document from OMERDA starting from the date
of advertisement by news paper against payment of non-refundable fee
Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) during Office hours from Room No. 502.
2. Bidders
are required to present renewed trade license for the year 2000 E.C.
VAT registration certificate, supplier’s registration certificate &
Tax clearance paper from revenue office.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid price to be
offered in the form of CPO, bank guarantee of certified cheque.
4. Bids
should be submitted in wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located in
Room No. 502 in our Agency in Finfinne “Ethiopian Petroleum
Enterprise” 5th floor before 5:00 P.M. of February 4,
2008.
5. Bids
will be opened at a presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on February 5, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in Room No. 502.
6. The
Agency has the right to reject all bids or part of it.
