1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible Bidders with
renewed license for the current budget year, VAT registration
evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of Finance &
Economic Development for the Maintenance of Photo Copy and Fax
Machines as per the details in the tender document.
2. Interested
bidders may collect the bid document up to January 31, 2008 from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office Finance Department,
cashier’s office near gerji Customs Office upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr only).
3. The
sealed envelope Should contain detailed information about
maintenance are relate price marked; “Photo Copy and Fax Machine
Maintenance” having one original & two copies, to EAE,
Purchasing & Logistic Administration Service on or before February
7, 2008 up to 10:00 A.M. & will be opened on the same date & time.
Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bidders
should submit a bid security if Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr)
in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their offer. Bis
security in other for shall not be acceptable.
5. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope & marked bid
security.
6. The
technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their legal representatives at the EAE Head Office
Conference Room.
7. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
after technical evaluation is completed.

9. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject the bid
partially or fully.
