CLASS 4 & ABOVE WITH VALID LICENSE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR
1. The
Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise has funds within the
Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of
Office & Restaurant Building at Addis
Ababa /Kality.
2. The
Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 4 and above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open international
tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to
all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M.
16:30 P.M. Local time.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Tahisas
29/2000 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a
written application, VAT registration certificate, Ministry of works
& Urban Development. Trade License & Bid participation supporting
letter at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of 903.00 Birr.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c ) at or before Tir
29/2000. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security if Ethiopian
Birr 1,000.000. Payable at first demand addressed to the employer.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence
of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address
below at 7 (d) 14:30 P.M.
