PART ONE
1. Interested
& eligible bidders are hereby invited to participate for the supply
of:-
Laminating
machine 1PC
Coating machine (for glass
coating) 1PC
2. The
set of tender document can be obtained from the Commercial
Department of Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise against payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.00.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope to the address
mentioned below or on 26/02/08 at 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
document shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on 26/02/08 at 2:30 P.M.
5.
The bidders can offer for all or particular items.
6. Bid
must be accompanied with Bid Bond of not less than 2% of the total
FOB price in the form of C.P.O., Bank guarantee or Cash.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the
bid.
