FDRE Ministry of
National Defense Central Procurement Department invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the procurement of different air craft
spare parts, flying. Equipment and flying charts.
1. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open international
tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
2. A
complete and detailed set of bidding documents prepared in English
can be purchased by interested and qualified bidders at the address
below (a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 or in
equivalent amount in convertible currency. The method of payment
will be in cash.
3. The
tender document will be sent by means and have to be delivered to
the address below at (b) in the box available up to the deadline for
the bid submission. No liability will be accepted for loss or late
delivered of bid documents.
4. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at (b) at or before 9:00 A.M.
February 21, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of
3,000.00 USD for different air craft spare parts & 400.00 USD for
Flying Equipment & Flying Chart or in equivalent amount in
convertible currency in the form of unconditional bank guaranty or
CPO from certified Ethiopian bank.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (c ) at
9:30 A.M. February 21, 2008.
6. MOND
–CPD has the right to reject or accept this bid partially or fully.
