3. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheque
(CPO).
4. A
complete set of Bidding document can be purchased from the above
office (Bureau) up on presentation of 1999 E.C Renewed Relevant
License, Registration for VAT, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and
registration card issued from Ministry of Finance together with
written application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
30 (Thirty Birr) only.
The bid must be
received at the Oromia Information and Public Relations Bureau Room
No. 2.3 in Finfinee (Addis Ababa) before or on 5 February 2008 until
4:00 A.M. Local time. Offers received after the closing time will be
automatically rejected and returned un opened.
5. Bids
received in time and fulfilling all formalities shall be opened in
the presence of interested bidders of their legal representatives at
5:00 A.M. local time on 5 February 2008 at OIPRB, Finfinne (Addis
Ababa), Room No. 2.3.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
